Brief analysis the main reasons of concrete disintegration

There are strict specification standards about different levels of concrete ratio. The improper use of water, cement, ballast and admixture are likely to cause segregation. The following situations are the main reasons causing concrete disintegration:

1. The ratio of water is improper. Adding too much or less water will cause segregation.

2. The sand is bad in quality. The sand with too much water or too many stones will lead to segregation.

3. The gravel gradation is bad. Big gravel particle size, poor grading and single grading are easy to cause concrete disintegration.

4. Excessive retarder and other additives, or poor adaptability of admixture and cement will also cause segregation.

The above analysis is offered by Daswell professional technical personnel. If you have any problem about the machine no matter forced concrete mixer, portable concrete mixer, small concrete mixer or concrete batching plant, please consult us.
